Pasta Gallery is a boutique producer of ravioli, lasagne and pasta. We value your health and have created our range of preservative and hormone free food . We use free-range beef, chicken and lamb. We use whole free-range eggs, our gnocchi are made using real potatoes and our veggies are selected for their freshness.

Our solution is quick! Our ravioli takes only 5 minutes to cook and is delicious tossed with either olive oil and baby rocket or a light tomato sauce. Our food has a low GI, is low in sugar, low in fat and high in protein. We only use cold pressed oils and butter in cooking and preparing our food.

We sell our products via organic and growers food markets (see Our Markets) and selected gourmet retailers.

What you need:
500g Pasta Gallery Pumpkin and Goats Cheese Ravioli
20ml Pure Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion
2 Colves of Garlic
500g Chopped Tomatoes
1 Bunch Fresh Basil
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
1 Teaspoon Sugar

Process
1. Bring 2 Liters of water to the boil.
2. Dice the onion and chop the garlic.
3. Add the olive oil, onion, salt and pepper to a medium sauce-pan and fry until brown over a medium heat.
4. Add the garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes, basil and sugar and simmer while the ravioli cook.
6. Add the ravioli to the boiling water, cook for 5 minutes, stirring continually.
7. Drain the ravioli and add to the tomato sauce ... enjoy!
